Your new life is here.
It’s the life that’s been patiently waiting for you all this time.
It’s a life of freedom. Freedom from visual drama.
Freedom from video games. Porn. Movies. TV Shows. Sports. Television News.
What’s left?
Just pure disciplined attention towards improving yourself, learning, working, connection, and genuine fun.
I must say - it took you a while.
Longer than expected. You’ve been a spectator for the better part of your life.
The clutches of the mass media BS machinery always offered some sort of excuse.
Excuses
“Life is about balance - just watch a little less”
“What about the lessons to be learnt from movies/tv shows”
“It’s good to be informed on how bad the world is daily”
Some of the hours you spent watching sports were useful in that they inspired you and brought you and your friends together.
But they also subconsciously depleted you because you know you’d rather be on the same stage doing it in real life.
Whatever joy you got from seeing a basketball player, tennis player or football player do their thing, will never match the joy they feel while they’re doing it.
You probably can’t think of a single movie that’s led to any significant change in your life.
You no longer want to see millionaires regurgitating scripts for a film so that you’re convinced some sort of story is real.
You understand the art of filmmaking.
But you want something more real.
Not the pseudo-real.
You want your life to be the movie.
You’re tired of being on the sidelines
People might say that by ditching the majority of media consumption you’re foregoing something deeply meaningful. That watching people act, read a script of a teleprompter, or play a sport is part of normal life.
Really?
Digital media consumption is new. It’s only been around for 100 years. And it’s only metamorphized through the internet over the last twenty. That’s a blip within the timespan of humans on this planet.
The benefits of it for our society have been mixed and are now increasingly skewing to the negative.
The more I grow up, the more I realise nearly everything has an ulterior motive.
Movies are not primarily designed to entertain
Elite sports are not just designed to wow us
News shows are not just designed to inform us
Porn isn’t just designed to make us sexually satisfied
They’re all designed to influence us.
More than ever, they are numbing devices intent on normalizing particular behaviours and attitudes.
Movies propagandize violence, feminism, and Marxist ideology. Porn normalizes sexual deviancy. Sports glamorize feminized societies with rainbow banners under the guise of inclusion. News channels terrorize and herd populations into staying at home over a virus with a 99.98% survival rate.
Humans are being slowly programmed in a slow process through the consumption of thousands of hours of mindless bullshit.
Terrible for your mind/soul
There is zero value in watching porn.
There is zero value in watching televised news.
These are - activities that subtract from you. They are free because your soul is the payment method. You feel worse after. Prolonged for long enough, and you experience severe anxiety.
Potentially valuable for your mind/soul in small doses
There is a tiny bit of value in watching some shows/movies.
There is a tiny bit of value in playing some video games.
There is a tiny bit of value in watching sports.
But they are all slippery slopes. You can easily lose thousands and thousands of hours to these portals.
If you can manage yourself well, a tiny bit of visual escapism has its place. I love the occasional cinema outing or documentary and football match.
But otherwise, I don’t watch anything and I don’t play any video games at all.
Why don’t more people cut most of the visual noise?
Because then they’d have to face themselves.
Without the noise to numb themselves, they get to hide from the truths percolating in the background of their subconscious. They get to hide from their issues. Their pain, agony, and anxiety.
By continuing to watch bullshit, they get to stay comfy. They can project their personal greatness that’s locked inside of them to a movie star, football player, or basketball player, or male stud fucking a hot woman etc.
It’s time to ditch the artificial pseudo-pleasures in favour of more natural joys.
Your awakening from the matrix will not be complete unless you disconnect from the mass media entertainment industry ultimately designed to weaken you.
Resist digital tyranny.
Resist the metaverse.
What you’re about to potentially embark on is extreme within a backwards society but perfectly normal in a eutopia - where people don’t seek constant fulfilment from characters on a screen.
Be the starting point for a mini eutopia.
